By using BatteryPass you agree to the following terms.
BatteryPass is an EU 2023/1542 battery passport infrastructure. Available as multi-tenant SaaS or self-hosted.
Provide accurate tenant slug and LEI. Fake LEIs are grounds for account termination.
Tenant is responsible for passport content. EU 2023/1542 Art. 77(4) — the economic operator placing the battery on the market is responsible.
No SLA during pilot. 99.5% uptime target in Phase 2.
No spam, DoS, abuse. Rate limit 120 req/min.
Content is producer responsibility. NeuraTech AI provides infrastructure.
